What we collect

When you submit a rental request or contact form we collect the details you enter: name, company, phone, email, job site address, dates and notes.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, confirm availability and arrange your rental. We do not sell your information.

Form processing

Forms are delivered to our team by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which passes your submission to us by email.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and when a form is sent. It uses cookies and collects general information like device type, browser and approximate location. It does not receive what you type into our forms. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Saved in your browser

Your equipment list and chosen dates are saved in your own browser so they carry between pages. After you send a request, your name, company, phone and email are also remembered there to save typing next time. None of this is sent to us until you submit a request, and you can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
